Vision problems affect much more than eyesight. There are many brain and body systems that feed into vision, and vision in return helps a variety of body and brain functions. When vision fails, it is complicated and many elements need to be considered. Likewise, the effects of visual dysfunction will be seen and felt across a broad spectrum of human health and behaviour.
